You know what I realized when writing the Best Marriage Advice Ever post?
Guys don’t really do marriage advice.
As in, giving or receiving, do they?
They don’t talk about “101 ways to improve your love life” or “how to be a better husband.”
I think the majority of self-help advice and articles are marketed to women.
Why do you think that is? It can’t certainly because they are all already experts at it (although I’m sure my husband would argue otherwise).
Is it because they are content to let things just be, where as it is our nature as women to nurture and better those relationships?
Or do we play on our own insecurities as women, constantly thinking we aren’t doing things good enough? Or is it just because we love to talk more about the relationships in our lives?
