Well, I got lucky this week again. I was feeling lazy and asked Ben to come up with a meal plan for the week. And he totally did! Score one for me!
Monday: roast chicken with spinach salad and green beans
Tuesday: easy chicken tortilla soup with leftover chicken and homemade chicken stock (I’ll be doing a post on how to do this soon, so stay tuned!) Oh, and a side of delicious guacamole and chips. Yum!
Wednesday: salmon patties, rice and veggies
Thursday: I’m out at a speech, so Ben’s doing breakfast with the kiddos
Friday: homemade pizza
Saturday: crunchy chicken wraps
Sunday: pork loin with salad and asparagus (thinking about trying this recipe because it looks delicious!)
